When Sergey came by he was most helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us update our security codes,, disconnect a missing opener and fixed a noise being made by the power chain. He showed up in a timely manor, worked efficiently, and was very professional.

I had a torsion spring break on my garage door. Another company came out to repair it and put on springs inadequate for the weight of the door. Within a week the belt on the opener broke. When I called the company to complain about the problem, they initially would not take responsibility for the problem and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to come out and replace the belt. So then I called Door Pro Garage Doors. The person who answered the phone was kind and courteous. She dispatched Sergio the next day. He inspected the problem and said that if he just replaced the belt that it would not fix the problem. He said the torsion springs were inadequate and recommended I call the first company so they could come out and install the correct springs and the replace the belt. Sergio spent a significant amount of time with me educating me about the door and the problem. He did not charge anything for his time. I did call the first company back and told them that a competitor had inspected the problem and indeed the springs were inadequate.
