I had a problem with my garage door opener and Tim from Door Pro was tremendously helpful talking me through troubleshooting. When we found out the opener had a bad board, Tim again helped schedule a new installation around my availability. Joey from Door Pro was prompt and efficient when installing my new garage door opener. I will definitely use this company again.

Tim responded in the afternoon to the call I placed that morning. However, he would have to go get parts in order to modify the rod assembly so that the broken torsion spring could be replaced with a more common design. He offered to return in the evening, but since he was able to get the door closed, I told him to schedule a more convenient time. He returned at the scheduled time and quickly made the repairs. Tim always called ahead to keep me posted on when he would arrive. There were no surprises and I am happy the door is working correctly.

The issue I had turned out to be 100% user error (oops), but the Service Manager who came out to look at it politely explained what was happening without making me feel like an idiot (would have been an easy target).. He then took the time to test each door and look over everything to make sure nothing else was out of order, and finally took the extra step to explain to me how and when to service the doors, and gave me a card in case I had any future needs.
